Final Project Proposal - Ghost - Tommy O'Neil

The premise of the story is that this young guy lives alone in an old house that his parents left behind. They were killed in a car accident, along with his twin brother, so this guy is the only one who lives there by himself. One night the power goes out from a thunderstorm. This makes the guy pretty restless, since he's all alone with nobody there to talk to or be with. During the night, he hears and sees strange things, and it turns out the house is actually haunted by the ghost of his twin brother. The ghost is not mean, but it is confused and a bit frightening at times, since it hasn't found its way to heaven and is sort of stuck between worlds.. This is going to be a horror film of sorts, with shocker moments in it.
